In 2015 I moved from Rome. Since 2018, on a full-time basis and at the end of a long career as a healthcare executive at a major Roman hospital, I have poured all my experience, passion and organizational skills into the olive grove and the Country House, becoming a Professional Agricultural Entrepreneur.

This is how Baduerughe Country House was born, nestled in the heart of Sabina, among olive groves, woods, and regenerating silence.

At the heart of the property there is a wood-fired oven, a barbecue, and a kitchen that showcases fresh local products. Guests can also enjoy homemade myrtle liqueur prepared by Francesco, zero‑mile EVO oil from Rossella, and many other carefully selected specialties.

For special occasions, custom menus are prepared, completely natural, designed to enhance the authentic flavors of the local area.

In the Club House, events, themed dinners, and even “food battles” are organized between traditional dishes and regional influences. Guests can be hosted on site to make every event truly unique. And the following morning, an outdoor breakfast overlooking the olive grove offers the perfect start to the day.
